Touch Therapies
Using manual physical adjustments combined with the philosophy of the 5-Element Energy systems, create balance in the body and mind. Polarity Therapy, Craniosacral, and connective tissue manipulation are just some of the ways to use touch to heal the body.

Through Sacred Ceremony, a person can become bender of time, and transition beyond trauma to a place in which greater wisdom is able to be accessed. Ceremony looks differently for each individual person, and working with a skilled practitioner who is well versed in their alchemical arts is key.

Our “CO” is a COllective of practitioners, a COmmunity joined in forces to support one another, a COmpany of artists, a COngregation of Earth-Based spiritual beings, and a caste-free COalition of healers, dedicated to exploring the realm of naturally-based therapies and prioritizing human habit as the primary tool for lasting health and wellness.
